Each custom logo will start off with a link to an online design questionnaire after your purchase. This questionnaire is to better assist in giving us more insight into your company, brand and style. To capture the look and feel that you are going for, to get an idea of the color palette that we will be using, font styles, and more.

Once purchased, you will receive a link to the online questionnaire via email.

1. How many revisions are included?
We include unlimited rounds of revisions for all custom packages, however, we do advise to keep it within 3 - 5 rounds to avoid delaying your brand launch.
2. What files are provided for my custom logo?
All final logo files are supplied in JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF. Stationary in PNG and PDF format. Addtl files upon request.
3. Reasons your Brand should have Alternative Logos?
When it comes to logo design, most businesses and brands only think of the main primary logo as all they need. However, today, a single logo just won’t make the cut – especially if you are using social media, have a website, enrolled in email marketing, and also print your logo on things. Your brand does need alternate logo options.
4. Is printing included?
This listing is for the design ONLY. No printed materials are involved.
5. Are the font files provided?
Fonts are third-party items. You may purchase the font files on your own or use it from within Canva if available.
